Toma Home Returns and Exchanges Policy

We at Toma Home are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

Returns

• You may return any unopened and unused item within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@toma-home.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
• We will provide you with a return shipping label (for a fee) or instructions on how to return the item(s) to us.
• Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

• You may exchange any unopened and unused item within 14 days of purchase for a different item of equal or greater value.
• To initiate an exchange, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
• We will work with you to ensure you receive the correct replacement item(s). Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
• You will be responsible for the return shipping cost for the unwanted item(s). We will cover the shipping cost of sending you the replacement item(s).

Important Information

• All returned items must be in their original packaging and condition.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used items, opened items, or items damaged due to misuse.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
